This notice describes how Kavachrix Private Limited ("Kavachrix", "we") handles the personal information you choose to share through this website. We keep it short because the practice is simple: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to respond to you, and we do not sell or share it.
What we collect
When you use the contact or application forms, we receive the details you enter — your name, email address, and message; for applications, also the area you select and any link you provide. Our infrastructure records the time of submission and standard technical metadata.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry or consider your application. Submitting a form is your consent to be contacted about it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after. Applications are retained while a relevant role remains open, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted at any time by writing to dinesh@kavachrix.com. We will act on such requests promptly.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored with our hosting infrastructure provider under access controls limited to Kavachrix. This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
